The Crystal Lake Café
The Crystal Lake Caf at Americana is our most recent adventure and represents our continuous
effort to give our customers a unique Finger Lakes Experience. As a proud member of the
Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty, we work everyday to create dishes made with fresh local products
such as meats, cheeses, produce - even ice cream.
Interesting, full-flavored fare is our hallmark, from salsa and sauces to soups and bread; house roasted pork and turkey
to hand packed burgers; cheese cake with Baco Noir ganache to Sweet Rosie Brownies.
Large groups touring the The Cayuga Wine Trail and those planning parties or events have a variety of options as well.

We strive to use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients so the menus change weekly. Below are examples of types of the culinary cusine that we create.
