When we were creating our menu, we quickly noticed how often the word “housemade” kept popping up.  In an effort

 

to avoid repeating ourselves, we would like to start by expressing our commitment to fresh, whole ingredients. 

 

If it can be made in-house from scratch, it probably is.  Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way…

 

To Share

Red Meck, Valmont Fourme D’ambert and Camembert with mustard, figs and green onion chutney with grilled

 focaccia and oat crackers. $12

 

Semolina fried calamari and onion rings with sriracha sauce and lemon caper dill aioli. $9.50

 

Grilled chicken wings in a spicy ancho chipotle BBQ sauce. $10

 

Polenta fries with balsamic roasted tomato sauce. $7

 

Sautéed shrimp with garlic sauce served in cast iron pan. $8

 

Grilled sea scallops with citrus and lemongrass marinade with fried wonton and sautéed sugar snap peas. $9

Mixed greens with fresh orange and grapefruit, toasted hazelnuts, red onion and avocado with a citrus  

 vinaigrette garnished with fried shallots. $9

Lunch

Burger- Six ounces grilled and served with lettuce, tomatoes and red onion on a roll with choice of

 cheese, bacon, sautéed onions or mushrooms. $9.25

 

Garlic sausage with sauerkraut, dill pickle, garlic aioli and whole grain mustard on ciabatta. $8.50

 

Rib eye sandwich with spinach, blue cheese and garlic aioli on ciabatta. $9.50

 

Reuben- Corned beef on rye with sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island dressing. $8.50

 

Chicken marinated in lemon and dill with watercress pesto, black olive tapenade, spinach, tomato, red onion and feta. $9

 

Smoked turkey with bacon, avocado, garlic aioli, lettuce and tomato on ciabatta. $9

 

Grilled salmon on ciabatta with garlic aioli, lettuce and tomato. $10

 

Balsamic grilled Portobello with zucchini, sautéed onions and peppers, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato pesto

Dinner

Grilled 10 oz. rib-eye with demi glace, mash of the day and brussel sprouts sautéed in brown

Tomato sofrito with pork ribs and chicken served with red beans and rice. $15

 

Maple roasted pork loin with mash of the day and brussel sprouts sautéed in brown butter and garlic. $12

Two soft shell white fish tacos with salsa, avocado, black beans and lettuce served with mixed greens with chipotle
